Week 3

Well, we are in week three and up to 40 seconds of planking per day. I have noticed an increase of strength in my stomach muscles, particularly my lower abs. There have been a couple of days that I missed, but I do double the next day. Lately, I've found myself looking forward to the plank as it helps me feel strong physically and mentally. If you are feeling bored with regular planking, get ready for next week!!! I will be better at writing each week. Happy planking!!!
