Planking

I have started this blog to help motivate myself and others who are interested in the benefits of planking.  Planking has done wonders for my core strength and overall posture, not to mention my belly after having three children.  Today begins the 60-day challenge.

Week 1 (April 14-April 20) Plank on Forearms - 30 seconds per day

Feel free to do more seconds of planking every day!  It's just to get people interested in planking and work our way up to more seconds of planking each week.
